The registration fee includes the costs of coffee breaks, lunches, a networking dinner (Thursday), the use of conference facilities, and the conference shuttle bus. Accommodation and travel should be booked independently.

Important information
Payment confirmation
You will receive both a written confirmation of your payment as well as a confirmation of your successful registration via email. Please carefully check your inbox to make sure you received both emails.

Invoice and receipt
Upon registration and payment, you will automatically receive an invoice. Please ensure you enter all necessary details for the invoice during the registration process.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to photoexcite@ista.ac.at.
Fees will be refunded according to the following policy:
- 90% refund until August 17, 2025 (10% to account for administrative costs)
- 50% refund until September 2, 2025
- No refund from September 3, 2025
Organizers shall not be liable for a refund if a visa application is rejected.
